Policies

 Classes. 

If anyone has bad colds or flu symptoms we ask that you do not come to class until feeling well. When returning please wear a mask for the 1st week back. We have several older folks in the classes and want to ensure their well being. 

Art Classes and Workshop Payment: 

Payment will be made in full by cash, cheque or e-Transfer on or before the first day/night of classes. 

Refund: 

There is NO refund after classes begins. Days Missed: If I miss/cancel classes due to illness, severe weather conditions or special event I will add additional classes at the end of the weeks or an agreed upon alternate day by the class.

Reserve Seat:

Workshop payment will require a $25 prepayment to reserve seat that is non refundable if one cancels unless it can be back-filled. 

Clothes/electronic equipment:

You agree to take full responsibility for any use of phone or tablet used for painting images and will not hold another student or me responsible for damage received if water/paint or drink is spilled or dropped. 

Also it is your responsibility to wear appropriate clothes and will not hold others responsible should paint get on them.
